Custom surfboards are handcrafted to your specifications. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, plus additional shipping time depending on your global location.

Do you offer international shipping for high-performance gear?

Yes, we ship our surfboards, apparel, and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

What is your return policy for technical wetsuits?

You can return unused wetsuits with original tags within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, gear must be in brand-new condition and have been tried on over undergarments.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Are your surfboards covered by a warranty?

We guarantee the craftsmanship of our boards. While we do not cover damage from impact or misuse, we offer a warranty against manufacturing defects in the glassing or lamination process.
